Pediatric Chiropractic Care

Age-appropriate, parent-involved care for growing bodies at Integrative Chiropractic.

Pediatric Chiropractic

Pediatric chiropractic care adapts everything — technique, force, pace, and communication — to growing bodies. The pressure used is very light, visits are unhurried, and parents are part of every conversation about what care involves and why.

Children's spines grow fast, and childhood is physical: sports seasons, heavy backpacks, growth spurts, tumbles, and long stretches hunched over screens. Sometimes that adds up to complaints parents hear about — a sore back after practice, a stiff neck, recurring postural slumping.

At Integrative Chiropractic, a pediatric visit begins with listening — to the parent and, whenever they are old enough, to the child — followed by an examination scaled to their age. Dr Lionel Leger explains findings in plain terms and outlines what care would involve before anything begins, and if a concern belongs with your pediatrician first, you will hear that clearly.

Hands-on care for kids uses very gentle, low-force techniques — often no more pressure than you would use to test a tomato's ripeness — along with age-appropriate stretches and habits the family can support at home. Visits are kept comfortable and unhurried so children know what to expect.

If your child has a complaint you would like looked at, schedule an evaluation. We will take it — and their comfort — seriously.
