• Sports Massage: Sports massage is a form of bodywork geared toward participants in athletics. It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries. • Lymphatic Drainage:
Certified therapists commonly use MLD to relieve swelling by coaxing lymph
fluid from your tissues to your functioning lymph nodes. Unlike traditional
massage, lymphatic drainage massage uses light pressure to mobilize the lymphatic system, which lies directly beneath the skin.
• Neuromuscular Massage:
Neuromuscular massage therapy, also called myofascial trigger point therapy or
myofascial release, is a specialized form of massage that involves the application of firm, sustained, and controlled pressure over painful, taut bands of muscle, called myofascial trigger points, to release tension and facilitate blood flow.
